How do we percieve things? Habits, chemistry, stress, awareness and emotion all add up to that singular moment when we take information in and percieve. We know that our brain is the filter to ourselves. What's one more moment of spectacular insight worth and how do we get there in in our daily lives? I remember vividly a trip across the world where I accidently overdosed on malaria medicine and I had to wade through the following weeks and months as my brain reformed. My construct was forever changed and I search like many of us to find sustainable re-energizing ways to improve the quality of my perception each day of my life.
